GULFPORT Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic RiderCourse (MSF BRC) 11-12 December 2025

The MSF Basic RiderCourse (BRC) is a great way to learn how to ride a motorcycle. Course consists of classroom activities + 11 hours of riding instruction, conducted over a two-day period. Class runs 9a-4:30p both Thursday and Friday.

Students complete the online MSF E-Course prior to arriving, reducing classroom time on-site (allowing us as much riding time as possible!).

    • Click here for a free E-Course from TriumphRider.com. Complete this before your first day of class!
      • To receive access, check all boxes when registering, then you will receive an email from Triumph. Since this is a universal link, you must finish activating at that time to ensure someone else does not take your free seat. We have no control over this.
      • When you finish, screenshot your certificate of completion and email it with the subject line "MSF Certificate: Gulfport, 11 December" to nolaridingacademy@gmail.com as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours prior to your class)
      • Complimentary access is a courtesy provided by Triumph, but not guaranteed. While we do our best connect you to this resource and troubleshoot if needed, technical difficulties on the Triumph or MSF website are out of our hands.

Successful completion serves as a license riding test waiver in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and many other states. However, this is just the start to a lifelong path of riding safely and continuing with rider education programs. In other words: BRC completion does not guarantee your safety — it’s just the beginning!

Motorcycles are provided for your use. Gear is not provided, but if you are in a financial bind, waited too long to purchase, or just can't make up your mind yet, we offer rental gear: tap here for helmets and tap here for gloves.

Insurance discounts! We suggest you shop around for a policy that rewards you for completion of the course. Many companies offer this perk!

Class size is limited! Sign up early to guarantee your spot!

If conflicts arise, contact us ASAP so we can adjust class size and try to add you to another class date. One reschedule is permitted, and it must be within 30 days of your original class date. If you simply do not show up for your scheduled class, you will not receive a refund. No adjustments/refunds are permitted beginning Monday of the week of class.
